I’m Liz, The Nutritious Chef, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Private Chef. My years working as a nutritional therapist led to numerous lightbulb moments for clients regarding their eating habits and lifestyle, but many stumbled at implementation. By combining my skills as a private chef and my nutrition knowledge I found people were able to make lasting changes to the way they nourished themselves and the results have been fantastic!
Having a 17-year-old who was eating 4 takeaways a week say he was going to make sure he ate more vegetables as he can really see the health benefits was a real high for me. And to bump into him a year on and hear the enormous changes that he had made to his diet as a direct result of the knowledge and practical cooking experience he had gained still puts a smile on my face.
