Monthly Cookery and Nutrition School

Hosted in a purpose-built cookery school in Ipswich, each month we address a different aspect of health and you learn to prepare 3 different meals to support that area.

Here are just some of the aspects of health that are covered:

    • What makes a healthy diet?
    • Develop a thriving gut microbiome
    • Look after your liver (and gall bladder)
    • Focus on fat
    • Better blood-sugar control
    • Healthy family cooking

At the end of each workshop you will take home a recipe pack, a nutrition information pack and shopping and cooking tips.
