

Monthly Cookery and Nutrition School
Hosted in a purpose-built cookery school in Ipswich, each month we address a different aspect of health and you learn to prepare 3 different meals to support that area.
Here are just some of the aspects of health that are covered:

- Develop a thriving gut microbiome
- Look after your liver (and gall bladder)
- Focus on fat
- Better blood-sugar control
- Healthy family cooking
At the end of each workshop you will take home a recipe pack, a nutrition information pack and shopping and cooking tips.
