In this workshop you will find out the scientific facts behind the healthy changes you can make to your diet as well as learning how to cook quick and easy meals to make implementing these changes easy.

Whilst the saying ‘the most important meal of the day’ might be in question in the world of science, from my clinical experience it is the meal we could do better at in terms of health and wellbeing. Come along and taste and make a variety of meals and challenge the way you think about breakfast, whilst learning the importance of certain foods and why we should avoid others.
